The Digital Garage from Google is a free service that helps anyone increase their knowledge of all things digital, from websites and tracking to online marketing and beyond. It takes the form of online courses and physical high street stores.
We campaign managed the agency side of the Digital Garage project for two years. This involved working closely with the Google project management team to coordinate the management of 4 Digital Garage high-street stores. This involved communications between agency, client and the in-store Digital Coaches, budget management, line-management of Team Leaders and a wider team of up to 80 as well as reporting, recruitment , launch and in-store events .
