If you’re here, you’ve probably identified that you need some kind of marketing support, but you may not have much of a budget to invest in this kind of work.
That’s exactly why we created this range of packages. We’ve pooled our years of experience, hundreds of resources, and the best-tested processes and created the templates that make up these marketing packages.
We’ve spent lots of time preparing everything we need to pull together a tailored package whenever you’re ready.
Q. How can I pay?
A. You can pay directly on the site via PayPal, or if you don’t have a PayPal account you can pay by debit/credit card, just follow the prompts on checkout. You can pay us via direct debit if you prefer, please email steph@slcontent.co.uk to arrange this.
Q. Why are your packages priced as they are?
A. Excluding digital downloads, it’s important that we spend time tailoring each client’s package and recommendations, but because we’ve already done a lot of the preparation work in creating templates, processes, and resources, we can price our packages very reasonably.
Q. Can I get a refund?
A. After purchasing a package, as long as no work has begun (i.e. before we have our initial “hello” call) you have a 14 day cooling off period, in which you can request a refund. Refunds can’t be issued once work has begun. We can’t offer refunds for our digital downloads.
Q. Will I be working directly with Steph and Lucy?
A. Yes! Excluding digital downloads, all packages give you direct access to us, so you’ll be assigned Steph or Lucy as our main point of contact once you purchase your package.
Q. What does your expertise cover?
A. General marketing, marketing strategy, brand strategy, campaign planning, copywriting, social media. We also work with lots of specialists who can help us to fulfil larger or wider briefs > see hotcollective.co.uk
Q. How soon can we get started?
A. If you book and pay online, we’ll be in touch via email within 24 hours. Usually, we will book our initial “hello” call in within 7 days. But, we can be flexible, so please just contact before booking if you need to discuss timings.
Q. How long does it take to complete a package?
A. Foundation packages are usually complete within 3 weeks. The full Foundation package would be 4 – 6 weeks on average. But again, we’re flexible to your needs to let us know if you have something specific in mind.
